Right- Kathy's 4 Cherokee books based on her own family's actual history in TN & OK as descendants of Cherokee Chief Pathkiller Water Beetle Cherokee Programs & Kathy Lynn's Cherokee Books Our dresses are adapted from the original Cherokee Tear Dress style adopted by the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma in 1975. We make them without the set-in waist so they fit more people; most are 2-pc for ease of traveling. We use a neckline ruffle instead of the original stand-up collar, & a 2-button yoke. Most are hand wash, hang dry. Our standard dresses have ribbon trim ($200), or design bands ($250) with our signature diamond & cross design (shown), 7-point stars (not shown), or pre-Columbian designs (wave design shown). Girls T-Dresses This elaborately decorated red girls dress (6X) was created as an example of endangered childrens clothing, for a rally held at Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. on April 1, 2009. The rally was to gain attention from Congress about the necessity of amending the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008, and has appeared on television. These dresses can be decorated in any style for girls, and are ideal for adding cones onto for a jingle dress (right). Belts & Jingle Cones Sold Separately (see Concho Belts below).

Southern Straight Dance Bells For many years as a Southern Straight Dancer, Sonny Littlecrow used trial & error to make his own dance bells. He also examined everyone else's bells, especially the ones that fell apart. Now we're proud to offer his perfected design in these straight dance bells. The leather is custom-punched to fit the bells, and bells are held in place with tempered steel wire - THEY WON'T FALL OFF! All adult bell sets have the added insurance of 2 straps on each leg. Excessively worn or dry-rotted straps can easily be replaced for a minimal charge. We've developed 3 standard sizes, that fit nearly all adult straight dancers.
